I did not receive One-Time Passcode SMS for 3D Secure
If you are finding that when making a purchase online you are not receiving a One Time Passcode (OTP) SMS to complete the purchase try the following:
1) Ensure that the latest software updates are present on your mobile device, and that there are no applications interfering or filtering incoming SMS messages.
2) Restart the device to force it to reconnect to the local base station.
3) Retest message delivery to check if the problem still persists.
4) Retest using the same SIM card with a different handset and vice versa.
5) Call your mobile network supplier to check to see if some settings need to be changed.
