Both the online B4B Payments platform and B4B Payments app feature the same servicing functionality.

By using both the B4B online login portal and/or the B4B app available on both IOS and Android devices, cardholders may access and update the following information:
  1. Personal data (telephone number, address, etc.)
  2. Transactional data
  3. View PIN for physical cards
  4. View card details for virtual cards
Cardholders are also able to:

  1. Change PIN
  2. Report lost or stolen cards
  3. Access secure messaging to our customer service team
