I tried to withdraw money from an ATM, but the money wasn't dispensed. The money has been debited from my account. What can I do?

Please call our Customer Service Team. Our team will take some details from you and send you a customer declaration. Once completed, please email the declaration back to us and we'll start a dispute process with the ATM provider (merchant). The dispute process can take up to 45 calendar days.
